New Line Cinemas has acquired the rights to turn the Fruit Ninja mobile game to a movie.
The mobile game which allow its users slice fruit in half with a swipe of the finger will be scripted by J.P. Lavin and Chad Damiani.
The plot which will revolve around a team of misfits who are recruited to become Fruit Ninjas in order to save the world, promises to be fruitful.
